During her time in the House of Representatives, Senator Lincoln served on the Energy & Commerce Committee during the development of the landmark 1996 Telecommunications Act. With this experience, she has remained engaged from a policy perspective on key issues relating to regulatory treatment and deployment of broadband, radio and television broadcasting spectrum use and ownership, cable television equipment and rate regulation, as well as the protection of minors from indecent content on television or the internet.
Lincoln Policy Group focuses primarily on rural broadband deployment and regulation, as well as service or carrier policies.
