OVERVIEW

During her many years of service on the Senate Finance Committee (SFC), Senator Blanche Lincoln took a particular interest in tax policies that sought to promote renewable fuels and help working families with children improve their economic circumstances. She was deeply engaged in the negotiations of the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004 (FSC/ETI Repeal), the Working Families Tax Relief Act (the Child Tax Credit Act of 2004), and the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003, among others.  

AREAS OF FOCUS

Lincoln Policy Group focuses on a wide variety of tax matters, but has particular experience in renewable fuels tax credits, the child tax credit, tax treatment of ESOPs, REITs, MLPs, and S-Corps, bankruptcy, sales and use taxes, and the estate tax.
